DCSHRM - Safety Management System

The purpose of safety management is to control accidents that are caused by human error. Changing people from these accidents is impossible and not the right solution. So, safety management is introduced as an approach to control accidents. When accidents happen, they need to be investigated to figure out the causes and suggestions to prevent it from occurring in the future. Nevertheless, it is recognized today that implementing security management systems in organizations to promote operations in a safer manner might be more successful.

Foster Team Collaboration

The more experienced a manager gains in his / her career, they tend to think they've mastered everything, they've got answers for everything, and they know it all.
